Privacy Policy for VenturePort AB

1 GENERAL INFORMATION 

1.1 This document (“Privacy Policy”) describes how VenturePort AB, company registration number 559205-2699 having its registered address at Storgatan 23C, 114 55 Stockholm, Sweden (“we” or “us”) collects, uses and processes Personal Data. This Privacy Policy is applicable when you sign up and use Ventureport (“Service”). 

1.2 All definitions in this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable data protection laws which refers to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation no. 2016/679) and the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (Directive 2002/58/EC), as well as the national implementations and related national legislation. 

2 DATA PROCESSED 

2.1 We will process the following personal data when you sign up and use the Service:  

2.1.1 legal name; 

2.1.2 social security number; 

2.1.3 contact details (e.g. e-mail and telephone number); 

2.1.4 address; 

2.1.5information about your use of the Service, including but not limited to, technical data, which may include the URL you are accessing the Website from, your IP address, unique device ID, network and computer performance, browser type, language and identifying information and operating system;  

2.2 We are unable to provide you with the Service unless you provide us with the abovementioned personal data.  

2.3 Companies using our Service may upload share registers including personal data regarding shareholders and we will be processors regarding such personal data. Any personal data regarding share registers uploaded by a company using our Service will be processed in accordance with the DPA which can be found here: DPA 

2.4 We will process so-called user generated content (e.g., photos, posted news, posted comments, answers to polls, and other materials) that you post to the Service. 

2.5 We will process communications between you and Fleet St. Technologies AB. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).  

3 PURPOSES OF PROCESSING 

3.1 We will process the personal data set out above for the following purposes:  

3.1.1 to administer your account, to enable and provide the Service and integration with third party services, and to provide, personalize and improve your experience with the Service, and to otherwise provide the Service according to the terms of service;  

3.1.2 to inform you about updates of the Service or the terms of service; 

3.1.3 to ensure the technical functioning of the Service and to prevent use of the Service in breach of the terms of service; 

3.1.4 to enforce the terms of service, including to protect our rights, property and safety and also the rights, property and safety of third parties if necessary 

4 LEGAL GROUND  

4.1 Fulfilment of contract. We process your personal data to be able to provide you the Service in accordance with the terms of service.  

5 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA 

5.1 We may share and disclose your personal data to third parties in order to e.g. establish sufficient hosting and integrate third-party functionalities in the Service.  

5.2 Upon using the Service, you may be directed to other websites where your personal data will be processed. We are not liable for such processing and the privacy policy of the other website will govern the processing of your personal data on that website.  

6 RESPONDING TO LEGAL REQUESTS AND PREVENTING HARM 

6.1 We may access, preserve and share your personal data in response to a legal request (e.g.  search warrants, court orders, a subpoena or the like), or when necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity, to protect ourselves, you and other users, including as part of investigations.

8 RETENTION  

8.1 We store your personal data as long as necessary to provide you the Service. 

9 CHILDREN  

9.1 The Service is not directed to persons under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a person under the age of 13 and you become aware of that the child has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact support@ventureport.com to exercise your access, rectification, erasure, limiting of processing and objection rights. 

10 YOUR RIGHTS 

10.1 You have an absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing. You also have the right to withdraw your prior given consent. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal, and we may continue processing your personal data based on other legal grounds, except for direct marketing.  

10.2 You have the right to request access and further information concerning the processing of your personal data, or request that we correct, rectify, complete, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data that we process relating to you free of charge once (1) every calendar year. For any additional copies requested by you, we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. 

10.3 If the processing is based on the legal grounds consent or fulfilment of contract you have the right to data portability. Data portability means that you can receive the personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transfer such data to other data controllers.

12 CHANGE OF CONTROL

12.1 If there is a change of control in our business, we may transfer your information to the new owners for them to continue to provide the Service. The new owners shall continue to comply with the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.  

13 NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY 

13.1 If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email. If your consent is required due to the changes, we will provide you additional prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances.
